SERVICE

Quantum Growth Agency provides technical growth services including DNS and domain management, email authentication, website design, sales funnels, local SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the individual agreement or offer agreed with you.

• Provide accurate information and timely access required to deliver the agreed services.
• Maintain authority over any domains, accounts, or platforms you ask us to work on.
• Respond to reasonable review and approval requests within agreed timeframes.

Project fees, currencies, and payment terms are agreed in the individual offer or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, payments are due per the schedule in that agreement. Work begins after any required payment is confirmed.

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you to the extent agreed. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and processes. You confirm you hold the rights to any content or assets you provide to us.

Our work often involves third-party platforms (for example Cloudflare, Google, Shopify, or email providers). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those providers, and you remain responsible for the terms and costs of any third-party accounts you hold.

We work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue figures, or inbox placement outcomes.

Either party may end an engagement by giving reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Either party may terminate immediately for a material breach not cured within a reasonable period.
